We are committed to providing an excellent experience from the moment you visit our store until your order arrives.
Ordering
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, orders may begin processing immediately and cannot always be modified.
Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, new book releases, or promotional events.
Returns & Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will gladly replace damaged or incorrect items.
Because books are printed products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
